Machu Picchu by bus – 2 days / 1 night

8:00 a.m. – Departure from Cusco through the Sacred Valley, along the way we’ll appreciate different towns and landscape changes from the Andes to the tropical sites. In Santa Teresa we’ll have a typical lunch, then continue the tour with a walk of 2 Hydroelectric hours to take the train at 4:30 pm to Aguas Calientes, the journey lasts approx. 1 hour. In Aguas Calientes we’ll stay at a hostel with private bathroom and hot water (basic service). There’s the option of visiting the hot springs.

4:30 am – start walking towards Machu Picchu, the walk will last 1 hour and a half, the goal is to see the sunrise from the Inca citadel and be the first to arrive, then we will have 2 hours of guided tour. Then the guide will take his time off and the passengers can enjoy the time however they like. After visiting Machu Picchu, around 11:30 we’ll return by bus to Aguas Calientes to take the 12:30 am train heading towards Hydro where we expected our bus back to Cusco. Arrival in Cusco around 9:30 pm or 10:00 pm.

    1. hola amigo, el tour de machupichu by bus cuesta 130 dolares por persona, si es estudiante concarnet de isic cuesta menos 20 dolares, que fecha desea ir ?
